*Free shipping does not include purchases under $200, and does not apply to residents outside of Ontario.  For residents of Ontario spending under $200, a $10 shipping fee will apply, for orders outside of Ontario, a $20 shipping fee applies, and to the Continental United States, a $30 shipping fee will apply. At this moment, we do not ship outside of the US and Canada.  For residents of Ontario, a local pick up is also available free of charge.

Return / Refund Policy

We hope that you will be over the moon with all of your purchases. However, we know that life doesn’t always go according to plan, so, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within seven days. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@milasonfront.com with a photo of the product to be returned and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn shoes
  • Products without original labels and packaging (unless we shipped out the items with a different package or without labels)
  • Any sale or clearance items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

For defects or damages outside of the seven days, please contact the manufacturer of the brand to make arrangements.  If you cannot find the manufacturer’s number, email us at customerservice@milasonfront.com to be given the pertinent information.
